Outgang是Laura Gallagher的網(wǎng)站，旨在為世界各地的角色藝術家提供負擔得起的高質量教育和其他工具。

Laura勞拉是游戲行業(yè)的老手，在艾多斯蒙特利爾工作了近十年，在游擊隊游戲工作了兩年多，在這兩種情況下都擔任主角藝術家。勞拉曾在《Deus Ex》、《古墓麗影》、《漫威》和《地平線》等系列作品中工作。

自2012年以來，勞拉一直在教授人物藝術，最突出的是作為蒙特利爾NAD/UQAC的本科講師和CGMA的在線講師。多年來，她指導了相當數(shù)量的學徒角色藝術家，他們在自己選擇的行業(yè)取得了成功。

勞拉的教學方法側重于培養(yǎng)關鍵的問題解決技能和批判性反思，讓藝術家不僅能解決他們現(xiàn)在面臨的創(chuàng)造性挑戰(zhàn)，還能解決他們未來面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。

Outgang is Laura Gallagher’s initiative to provide affordable, high quality education and other tools to character artists worldwide.

Laura is a veteran of the games industry, having worked almost ten years at Eidos Montreal and over two years at Guerrilla Games, in both instances up to the role of Lead Character Artist. Laura worked on franchises including Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Marvel and Horizon.

Laura has been teaching character art since 2012, most prominently as a university lecturer at NAD/UQAC in Montreal and online for CGMA. Over the years she mentored a sizeable number of apprentice character artists that have gone on to succeed in their chosen industry.

Laura’s teaching approach is centered on developing key problem-solving skills and critical reflection to allow artists not only to solve the creative challenges they now face, but the challenges they will face in the future.
