Padding inset 1.0.0
Padding Inset 是Blender插入工具（Safe Inset）的另一個版本。它使用不同的算法，因此結果也完全不同。
它具有以下特點：
插入在各處都有相等的距離，就像 HTML CSS 填充一樣。
插入區域可能會合并為空白并消失。這是與 Safe Inset 相比最大的區別。
Safe Inset 和 Padding Inset 都適用于不同的用例和建模任務。因此我決定將其作為單獨的工具。
Padding Inset is another version of my inset tool (Safe Inset). It use a different algorithm so the result is completely different too.
It has following chacteristics:
Inset will have equal distance everywhere, like HTML CSS padding.
The Inset area may be merged into empty and disappear. It is the biggest dfference comparing to Safe Inset.
Both Safe Inset and Padding Inset are useful for different use case and modeling task. Therefore I decided to make it as a separated tool.
